Thank God music is real, don’t ya’ll agree? I had a difficult time falling asleep. Fell asleep at 10:30 PM and woke up at 2:35 AM in a state of panic and really bad allergies. Was finally able to fall asleep again at 4:40 AM and woke up again at 7:00AM. My anxiety is consuming my soul in wild, crazy ways. I’m surprised because I’m currently doing OMAD IF (one meal a day intermittent fasting) and when I do that I usually sleep soundly. However, I’m freaking out. I keep having wild dreams about the lack of rootedness and grounded stability and I wake up sweating and hyperventilating. Listening to pretty much anything calms me, even if momentarily. Visiting the ocean later, to see if the sun + Mama Sea can help soothe my soul.
